About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Yutori Studio website and to orders placed with Yutori Studio.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

Who may place an order

Orders should be placed by a person legally able to enter into the transaction or with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

Our products

Yutori Studio may offer digital journals, downloadable journal pages, physical journals, custom journals and other stationery or related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours and images accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen or print settings.

Digital products

When you purchase a digital Yutori product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use that product for your own personal use.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, you may:

• Use the journal digitally on compatible software or devices
• Save a personal copy
• Print copies for your own personal use

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, reproduce for commercial purposes or make our digital files available to others.

Physical products

Physical journals are supplied in accordance with the product information shown when your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, address issues, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside Yutori Studio’s reasonable control.

Custom journals

When you submit text, images, names, designs or other information for a custom journal, you confirm that you have the right and permission to provide and use that material.

You remain responsible for checking names, spelling, wording and other customisation details you submit.

Custom products cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind once production has started.

Yutori Studio may decline custom content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights or is otherwise inappropriate for us to produce.

Prices & payments

Product prices are shown on our website in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes or other amounts will be displayed where relevant before your order is completed.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider made available through our checkout. An order is considered placed once the checkout process and required payment have been successfully completed.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Please check your product, Digital or Physical format, quantity, customisation details and delivery address before completing payment.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is currently available within India.

Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy form part of these Terms and contain additional information regarding estimated delivery times, damaged products, digital products and custom orders.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Yutori name, branding, journal designs, illustrations, website content, digital files, text, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Yutori Studio.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Website availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or our product range from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or technical errors.

Liability & consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yutori Studio will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law, matters relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
